Swan Mountain Village is a community developed for residents 55 years of age or older. As such, the Residential Community will comply fully with the requirements for housing for persons age 55 and over, as set forth in the Federal Housing Ammendments Act of 1988, 42 U.S.C. 3607(b)(2)(C) and (b)(3) as it hereafter may be ammended.
